Out of the abyss

I have neglected my blog for the past seven months for a number of reasons: teaching too many classes, becoming a home owner, trying to sort out my life, feeling uncertain of where I wanted this blog to go, blah, blah, blah.

Today, I have regained some clarity. I want to use this blog to...
1. share some recipes for delicious meals
2. share information on the latest trends in nutrition and endurance sports
3. reflect on my own experience related to nutrition and sport

No it is time to get it back together. Over the next year, I will commit to posting three entries per week: one new recipe, one nutrition in the news update, and one reflection on my athletic endeavors. This goal will help both my readers and I to stay up to date on eating, drinking, and going fast
